Delivery

UK Delivery

Items are usually sent out the same day, or the next working day. Delivery is estimated at between 1-5 working days from purchase. Parcels may be sent by Royal Mail or by tracked courier depending on the size of your order. Please be sure to include a phone number with your details to allow a courier to contact you, just in case.

We offer combined shipping discounts in the UK based on the total weight of your items. You can find out more on our shipping info page. Feel free to buy in bulk and enjoy our multiple order shipping discounts.

In many instances these totals will calculate automatically, but not always. If your items are combining and not showing the correct postage, please contact us and we will adjust the shipping total. Please note than in order to get the combined shipping discount, payment for combined items must be made in a single transaction.

All of our parcels are too large for a letterbox, so please arrange for delivery to be made to an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel, or you have a pre-arranged safe place with your postman. If you think your parcel should have arrived, it is worth checking with your local sorting office to see if it waiting there for you.

Whilst most orders are delivered quickly, we sometimes experience delays that are beyond our control. For Royal Mail deliveries we ask that you allow 3 weeks for delivery, for courier deliveries we ask that you all 1 week before contacting us. Rest assured that any problems with delivery will be resolved by us after these time periods have elapsed.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship to nearly everywhere in the world. Shipping is most cost effective in bulk. We offer very competitive rates for parcels up to 25kg to most countries, please contact us for the current rates of your countries. Shipping for bulk orders usually take 1-2 weeks.

We also ship smaller parcels via Royal Mail standard service. The maximum size of these parcels is 2kg, so if your parcel is sent by Royal Mail and is over 2kg, it will be sent in separate parcels. Delivery is usually within 1-2 weeks, however sometimes there are delays in the post and customs. We ask that you allow 4 weeks for international delivery.

Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible stating details of your order. You will be refunded in full, providing the order hasn't been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it can be returned for a full refund. For unwanted items, the period for returns is 28 days (except food, where the returns period is 7 days). If you have committed to buying an item, haven't paid for it and wish to cancel it, please contact us and we can arrange for the sale to be cancelled. This process requires you to formally accept a cancel item request.

PIf an item is faulty or damaged, we will replace the item. Please email the photo(s) and/or video(s) that clearly show the problem to info@urushop.co.uk. If the damage is not possible to show on a photo or video, or you do not have access to email such files, please contact us to arrange returning the item for an replacement or refund.

Yerba Mate is a type of tea, made from dried leaves and stems from a Yerba Mate plant. It is much gentler than coffee on the stomach.
