Whilst the majority of customers are happy with their purchase we understand that on the odd occasion some customers may wish to return their purchase because they have changed their mind. This is not a problem. If you do happen to change your mind we are happy for you to return the item on the basis that it is returned to us in the condition that you received it and that it is returned within 7 days! Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may only receive a part refund. Whilst we will be happy to refund the cost of item once we receive it please note that we do not refund the initial postage and packaging costs that you paid, neither do we refund the cost of you returning the item to us, unless the item is incorrect, faulty or damaged. We do require photographic proof of any incorrect, faulty or damaged goods before any returns are accepted. Due to hygiene reasons we DO NOT under any circumstance accept returns for cosmetics, cosmetic brushes or hairbrushes. We are unable to accept returns for any item that was sealed that has had the seal broken or tampered with. If for any reason you would like to keep your item but are unhappy with what you have received or the service we have provided please contact us first so that we can rectify any discrepancies you may have before leaving feedback.

Emails & Messages:
PLEASE NOTE - We will only respond to emails received through the eBay message system only! We do not respond to any emails that are sent to our private email. We aim to reply to messages within 24 hours.
Discounts for purchasing multiple items:
We do have in place a discount on postage and packaging which eBay automatically calculates for you when purchasing multiple items. When you have finished purchasing the items you would like please select the "request and invoice" tab. We shall then send you an amended invoice. If you are purchasing multiple items and are looking for discount on the item, this can only be done by prior arrangement only! If we can discount the item for multiple purchases we will do so but sometimes this is not always possible.
Time in which items need to be paid for:
Any purchases must be paid for within 48 hours of committing to buy. If an item is not paid for then an unpaid item dispute will be opened. If you are not entirely sure you want the item and may not pay for it then please do not purchase! If you want an item but need longer than 48 hours to make payment then please organise this by prior arrangement only before placing your order.
How and when goods are despatched:
Any items purchased are securely packed along with a packing note stating your purchase. Items are despatched within 24 hours of us receiving your payment.
Items posted within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded post unless otherwise stated.
Items posted to anywhere outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For (Airmail).
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?:
WITHIN THE UK - Generally items will arrive in 1-3 days depending on how quickly the mail system is working. Unfortunately we have no control over the Royal Mail and sometimes they can take longer to deliver an item. If you do not receive it within 10 days please let me know and we shall then contact the Royal Mail to track your item for you. Over the Christmas period we have found that the royal mail have taken up to 20 days to deliver several items. We appreciate that this is ridiculous, however can we please stress that we have no control over this and will attempt to rectify any problems with any delayed parcels with the upmost urgency.
OUTSIDE OF THE UK - We generally find that parcels are delivered within 2 weeks of posting depending on whereabouts they have been posted to. Royal mail does specify that it may take up to 30 days to deliver a parcel abroad but this is just to be on the safe side. If you do not receive your parcel within 14 days please let me know and we can then track the item for you. Please Note that we do not have any control over any postal service and that we will attempt to rectify any problems with any delayed parcels with the upmost urgency.
If a parcel is returned to us and it is not our fault as to why it has been returned then we are not responsible for the cost of posting the parcel back to you. If this should happen you can either pay postage on the parcel to have it posted to you again or alternatively we can refund the cost of the item only. We will not refund the money you originally paid for the postage and packaging. If your postman doesn't leave a "while you were out" card this is something you would have to take up with the Royal Mail or your International Postal service as this is their responsibility and we have no control over this.
Insuring of parcels:
PLEASE NOTE - In the unlikely event of a parcel being lost in transit we would need to place a claim with the Royal Mail. They automatically insure each parcel up to the amount of £41.00 only. Because this is the only amount we would receive from the Royal Mail when a claim is placed we are unable to refund the cost of an item above this amount. Therefore can we please state that if your parcel contents is of any particular value above £41.00 that you request the cost of insurance be added to your invoice before your item is posted! Otherwise we cannot be held responsible. If you do require insurance we will add this cost to your invoice when you request us to do so. We do not automatically do this as some customers do not want it.
All items that we post are posted via Royal Mail only
Royal Mail rules and regulations stipulate that:
A 1st Class parcel posted within the UK will only be classed as missing after 15 working days have passed. If in the unlikely event you have not received your parcel we can then after 15 working days either issue a full refund or send a replacement item if one should be available. We appreciate that this is frustrating when you are waiting for something to turn up, however Royal Mail has set these rules and regulations and if we do not strictly adhere to them then they do not have to compensate for a claim placed.
An International Signed For parcel will only be classed as missing after 25 working days have passed.
We have to strictly adhere to these rules and regulations in the unlikely event that we need to place a claim. Please be assured that we will rectify the matter by either issuing a full refund or by sending a replacement item if one is available. We will place the claim with Royal Mail for any missing parcels. Claims made to the Royal Mail must be done so within 6 months of the item being posted.
