Packaging

All our Griffin 1982 batteries are packed to a high standard to ensure safe delivery. In the package should be your invoice to!

Returns Policy

We send all our batteries out via courier and on delivery please make sure you check that you are happy with the quality of the battery itself before signing for the product. If you are not happy please reject this and it will be returned to us free of charge. If you find that an item is faulty, or you do not receive your item please contact us via the Ebay "contact member" system.
WE WILL ANSWER ALL EMAILS but please make sure to leave a contact number.
Postage will only be refunded if the battery is faulty. If a battery needs returning please ensure the battery is posted safely back to us. Please also provide a Tracking Reference for the returning parcel.
When we receive the item back we will quality check the item and refund/exchange to the value of the full Ebay item price.

Please Note: Batteries which have been tampered with or that are damaged will not receive a refund/exchange.

Delivery

We know that when you buy your product from us that you want it straight away. If you order before 12 noon your product will be dispatched the same day. It is our goal to get your product out to you for the next day, but if not the day after. Any order placed Friday-Sunday will be dispatched Monday. Please be aware that batteries ordered over the bank holiday periods such as Easter, Christmas and any scheduled bank holidays will not be dispatched until the Tuesday. This may make the delivery time longer. This policy is the same for any company.
