• These recorders provide a good start to anyone's musical education.
• They offer an ideal amount of air resistance for easy control, and feature fairly accurate intonation
• The 24B recorder is easy to play throughout its range, though they are primarily intended for beginners.
• Includes cream coloured cloth bag and a plastic cleaning rod.
• The rod is not as effective as brush type cleaners but it is free, so doesn't really matter!

Two methods are used, Royal Mail first class post (1-2 days) for small items, Fedex (1 day), next working day for larger items.

Fedex is used for mainland UK addresses only, and Royal Mail standard parcels (3-5 working days) is used for other UK addresses (at the same price). Handling time averages 2 days.

We describe the products we advertise as carefully as possible, and trust you to make the correct choices for your order. Nevertheless, there are some circumstances where it may be necessary to return an item:

1) 'Cooling-off' period, in accordance with the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI2234/2000). If, upon receipt of your order, you feel that you should not have made this purchase, you have 7 days to return it to us. Providing the boxes are unopened and undamaged on their return to us, we will refund the full price of the item concerned (though not the original delivery charge or any charges you have incurred sending it back to us.)

2) An item is faulty. If, in the unlikely event of you receiving an item which has a manufacturing fault, providing you still have all of the original packaging and contents, and you contact us at within 7 days, we will arrange to have a repair effected or a replacement sent on return of the faulty one. The Returns Department will arrange this with you. Alternatively, at this stage you can have a full refund of the original purchase price.

3) Warranty repair after 7 days. All our products have a one year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults (though NOT accidental damage or misuse.) If a problem develops in that time, contact us at for the returns procedure. PLEASE NOTE - if you do not have the original packaging, it is your responsibility to pack the items securely for their return journey - we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by insufficiently-packed goods.
