Genuine Yamaha Y38 High Quality Outboard Control Cable

Yamaha's proven high-quality cables have set the standard with a plastic-on-plastic technology that has reduced friction for excellent performance. The standard core wires increase strength and reduce binding, allowing for a 4 inch bend radius - approximately 50% better than ordinary cables. The ultraviolet-stabilised jacket resists cracking and water migration to the core.


These cables are also suitable for Honda, Suzuki & Selva Outboards or as a direct replacement for any Morse Type 33C cable.


We always recommend using these Y38 cables over the standard Y32 cables on engines over 60hp or for lengths over 20ft.
