If the parcel remains uncollected and the recipient is unresponsive the parcel is then returned to the sender.
    • “Incorrect address” – The address provided by the buyer was not valid
    • “Addressee gone away” - There are not recipients present at the delivery address to take delivery within the delivery timeframe period.

Evidence of the returned parcel along with the reason for return by the delivery company can be provided if requested. Failure to pay the reshipping fee will result in the buyer’s original payment to be refunded minus the original postage price paid.
