The image is printed on both sides of the mug.  Personalisation details will be printed in the centre.

The details I need from you if ordering are

"text to be printed in the centre of the design"

 

 

All mugs/cups are printed using dye sublimation. Special inks are printed onto the surface of a coated paper, but not as a permanent print. The paper releases the print when heat is applied, when in contact with the prepared surface of a mug.
Dye sublimation uses organic dyes allowing a stunning combination of colours. It is a more versatile finish than fired enamel colours, as it does not have to withstand a kiln firing. Mugs are dishwasher safe however some loss of vividness can arise if exposed to too much bright light and heat or if washed frequently in harsher dishwasher cycles.

Mugs are 8 cm diameter and 9 cm high, and can be printed from top to bottom and to within 2 cm either side of the handle making the print area around 20 x 9 cm. If sending your own artwork, design or photo’s please ensure it is the highest quality possible and preferably in jpeg file format, though we can accept most other file formats.

All artwork should be sent to mugstore@hotmail.co.uk attached to an email including your ebay username and any instructions such as text to include or positioning or cropping, I will make up a design I think suitable if no specific instructions are given.
