RETURNS

If for any reason you want to return your item, please contact us so we can get any issues you have resolved immediately Under "Distance Selling Regulations" it states that phone calls are not a durable medium for requesting a cancellation. To abide by this we only accept communication in writing via email.

Under "Distance selling regulations" you may return your item within 7 working days of receipt, however you will need to return the item at your own expense to the returns address presented on the packing slip of your item.

Please ensure that you ship the item with tracking to avoid any dispute. This right does not apply to CD or DVD purchases, however if you do wish to return sealed DVD's or CD's, please let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate the request.

Please note, that if you do wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or no longer require it, you will be charged a restocking fee of £1.95.

You can return the item to us within 30days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, isn't what you ordered or we've advertised it incorrectly on our site. We'll either issue a refund or send out a replacement at no additional cost. If you receive your item in the post and decide that you no longer need it or want, no worries! You can arrange to return it to us within 7 days of receiving the item for a refund. You'll need to cover the cost of returning the item though as this is beyond our control.
