I have been a vegetarian for 11 years, I recently fell pregnant and wanted some guidance on how best to maintain good health for me and my growing baby. I have found this book to be very informative. It is beautifully written and the set-up of book is clear and easy to follow. The only draw back I have found is that being written by an American doctor, she references American organisations a fair bit. However it's still a great book. I really enjoyed it. I have found it to be a valuable resource throughout my pregnancy. I would definitely recommend this book.
