We are unable to rectify any errors or replace faulty items after this period. However all receivers, LNB's, Motors have a 12 month manufacturer warranty.
Due to the nature of the product, Subscription viewing cards are not covered by a warranty unless they are official subscription cards and these are under warranty for as long as the broadcaster is broadcasting the programmes the card was intended to receive. The card is NOT covered if broadcasting stops due to the broadcaster going out of business or a change in schedules.

Please note we cannot guarantee programming cards due to software damage. We do not provide advice upon programming due to legal reasons.
DigitALB cards are provided for domestic use, no advice will be given for use in public houses.
We are unable to guarantee subscribtion viewing should the broadcaster decide to cease broadcasting or alter its programming content from those currently advertised. No refund will provided as a result of this being totally beyond our control.
Any items that are returned for refund within 7 days will incur a 20% restocking charge.
Any items retuned for testing that are found to be in good working order, the customer will be liable for the cost of all postage incurred
Postage costs are non returnable, you will bear the costs for sending items back. If you do not return the item that is faulty within 5 working days then we will not replace it as the deadline will have expired and the object may well have been damaged during your own delivery process.
