Please note: most of our deliveries are carried out via a dedicated delivery service, offering a more personal and higher level of service than a palletised service. The key benefits are:

1)     The drivers are fully experienced in the handling and delivery of our products and therefore less likely to cause damage to them
2)     We retain complete control by having direct telephone contact with the drivers at all times
3)     Our drivers are encouraged to go the ‘extra mile’ for our customers

Although it may be a little slower than an overnight palletised service (maximum 10 working days) it is still within the industry standard delivery time. Please do take this into consideration when leaving feedback and star rating for ‘p&p charges’ and ‘dispatch time’ in the ‘detailed seller rating’.

  • We are only offering Paypal as a method of payment as it is a prerequisite of ebay trading rules. Our preferred method is via credit/debit card
  • We will only deliver items to registered/verified Paypal address.
  • It is very important that you DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL INVOICE DETAILING PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.
  • All products come with 12 months manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise.
  • If an item develops a fault within the guarantee period, the customer must contact the respective manufacturer's service department for an engineer to attend to the item.  
  • If an item cannot be repaired then an exchange will be provided in line with the agreement between us and the manufacturer.  Please note cosmetic blemishes are not covered under the warranty conditions.
  • Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect items on delivery prior to signing the driver's delivery notes.
  • If the customer's inspection shows that an item has damage not previously advised, then the customer must inform the driver of this damage, detail it on the delivery notes and contact us on 0121 328 4445 for further instructions.
  • If this occurs outside of our business hours i.e 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri, then the item must be rejected by the customer and returned to the driver if they are not fully satisfied.
  • Customers will be liable for the cost of delivery and/or collection of the item if this procedure is not followed.
  • No claim for damage(s) will be accepted once the driver's delivery notes have been signed as satisfactory or where they have been signed as unchecked.
  • For insurance liability purposes, our courier is only contracted to deliver items to the door ONLY. If you would like the item(s) to be placed within the property it will be at your OWN RISK. Liability for the item(s) only applies up to your door. Neither we nor the courier will take responsibility for any damage that may be caused to either the item or the property beyond.
  • In any circumstances we WILL NOT refund the cost of delivery.
  • No liability will be accepted for consequential loss.

The appliance is supplied with 1 year manufacturer's parts and labour warranty. If a fault occurs during the warranty period the customer is required to contact Service Force on the number provided on the warranty card. If an item cannot be repaired then an exchange or refund can be authorised assuming a valid engineers report is available. Customers are liable for the cost of delivery if they are simply changing their mind over colour, size etc. Please ensure the product advertised is what you want before bidding.
