Options Selection
Wayfair is committed to providing our valued customers with a huge catalogue of products. Whenever possible, we offer product variations to fit your personal tastes and preferences. In an effort to better serve you, we have simplified the options selection process to ensure that you receive the products you want in the colour, size, finish, and material of your choosing.
As soon as you finish the eBay order process, an e-mail will be sent to your address on file with your eBay user account. Please look for this e-mail and confirm that it is not caught in your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Payment
We accept PayPal only.
To pay with PayPal simply complete eBay checkout process. PayPal allows you to pay with a credit card, bank account, and many other options. Setting up a PayPal account is easy at www.paypal.co.uk.
Delivery
We do not require an adult signature for most deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person.
We do require a signature for ALL knife deliveries. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Delivery
Please note that we will dispatch your product to the address on file
in
your eBay account.

Highlands and Islands of
Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
Your
product should leave the warehouse within the time specified in this
listing. These are estimated delivery times and not guarantees. On the
off chance that we become aware of any delays or changes in inventory
status, we will notify you via e-mail.
Once the tracking
number is received from our warehouse, it will appear in your eBay
account and an email will be sent to the e-mail address on file with
eBay. Please make sure that your email address on file is up to date
and valid.
Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter
items via UPS or DHL. We do not require an adult signature for
deliveries (with the exception of knife deliveries), but please note
that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the
discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your
doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the
driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to
include your name and tracking number on the note.
Returns
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for
this within 30 days of receiving it. To set up a return please call us
at 0800 917 5124. Our customer service team will provide you with a
return address and Return Authorization number within a few business
days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be
brand new unused.
Most of our products are offered with free
delivery, meaning delivery has been included in the price to provide you
with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will
be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. Return
processing time generally takes a few weeks.
Replacements
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is incorrect,
missing parts, or damaged we will send you replacements free of charge.

arrange this for you. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within
two weeks of being ordered.
