We appreciate Paypal payments within 2 working days of purchase.
Combined Postage - We offer a postage discount when you buy more than one item. If you are purchasing multiple please send one payment for all your items. The shipping discount will be prominently displayed at checkout or you can request a combined invoice to be sent to you.
Please do not send individual payments for items as the shipping discount will not be automatically calculated and your items may be sent separately.
We aim to ship orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payments. Occasionally, it may take up to 2 working days between receipt of an order and its despatch i.e. during a busy period after a bank holiday or for larger orders but we will advise you by e-mail if this is the case.
To find the postage for your Country please click on the "Postage and Payments" tab at the top of this page or view our shipping calculator. It is especially important that International Buyers check the shipping cost before committing to buy.
Important Information For International Buyers - We take our responsibility to ensure you receive your goods safely very seriously. We ship worldwide by registered post only, which gives you peace of mind that should your item be lost or damaged in the post that you will be fully compensated. It also stops us from being inundated with e-mails asking where items are so that we can concentrate on getting the records you want listed online. We will not post by unregistered post so please don't ask!
Sellers offering "Free Delivery" or reduced shipping costs usually means they have included some or all of the shipping costs in the item price. Couriers/Royal Mail do not deliver for free or at a discounted rate! So please do not e-mail us comparing our shipping costs with other sellers because we don't hide our shipping costs in the item price.

Vinyl & Sleeve Gradings
This is a visual grading system. Records are viewed under both daylight and under a halogen light by 1 person to maintain consistency. While most of our customers agree with our grades, we realise it is a subjective issue and opinions differ. If you are unhappy with the condition of any record you simply return the record (at your cost) within 7 days of receipt and we guarantee to refund the full amount of the original purchase price and the initial shipping charge.
Mint (M)
Absolutely perfect in every way. Never been played.
Near Mint (NM)
A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. Sleeve will have no more than the most minor defects, such as invisible ring wear or other signs of slight handling.
Very Good Plus (VG+)
Will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect play. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "ok". The label may have some ring wear or discolouration. Sleeve will have some wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split. All but the most mint-crazy collectors will find a VG+ record highly acceptable.
Very Good (VG)
Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. Sleeve may have creases, small tears/seam splits and may be marred by writing and or sticker damage.
Good Plus (G+)
Will play through without skipping, but will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear.
Labels may be torn, marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. Sleeve may have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm it. If it's a common item, you'll probably find another copy in better shape eventually. Pass it up, but if it's something you have been seeking for years and the price is right, get it.... but keep looking to upgrade.
Please be warned that if you buy a record in this condition it is going to be a risk. Some will play better than they look whilst others may play worse than you expect.
Good (G)
It's possible that the record wont play through without skipping or repeating. Will have been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated. Will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear. May crackle, pop or make other annoying sounds. Labels may be torn, marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. Sleeve may be water damaged, split on all three seams, heavily marred by wear and writing or other defects which will start to overwhelm it.
Poor (P) or Fair (F)
May be cracked, warped and won't play through without skipping or repeating. The sleeve may be water damaged, split on all three seams and heavily marred by wear and writing. Unless the record or sleeve is very rare you should pass it up. This is a collection filler only. Do not buy it to play it!
Plain Sleeve/Generic
This has no picture sleeve and will be sent in a new plain sleeve.

Returns / Complaints
We want you to love your purchase but if for any reason there is a problem, we can work together to resolve it. We have always been very fair and will always try to work with our reasonable customers to resolve any issue. We are human and do make mistakes - please do not assume any mistakes we make are intentional!
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt to Vinylrevs, 1A Lonsdale Close, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU3 2ND (U.K.). The item must be received in same condition as shipped and in the original packaging including cardboard stiffeners. We will refund 100% of the original purchase price and the initial shipping cost within 2 working days of receiving the goods. You are responsible for the cost of delivering the item back to us unless we have sent you the wrong item.
Neutral/Negative feedback should only be left as a last resort. We strive for positive feedback and harmonious relations. Unfortunately some buyers never give us the opportunity to resolve problems - so if you don’t have the patience to work things out with us when there is a problem please don’t buy our items! |
