dressingunique understand customers are not sure whether purchasing dresses over the Internet is a right choice to make.
First the prices you get from our store online is way lower compared to other stores online and offline. Our products are directly from the manufacturers hence we pass on the savings to our customers. We carefully inspect each item before it is shipped out. In order to give you the confidence to purchase from us, we offer a return policy to you (for in stock items) Please note that due to customer's abuse of our return policy, we may not accept return in some cases so please ask questions before ordering if you need to. The terms are as follow:
No goods will be accepted without the prior Return Authorization(RA). A return Authorization Number # should be requested immediately by e-mail (within 24 hours of receipt) and the garment "shipped back" (post marked) within 48 hours of receiving it. We must be contacted within 1 days after the buyer receive the dress.
items must be returned in perfect condition, with no dirt, no makeup stains, no marks, no smoke scents and not altered. All our dress would be checked before postage,NO REFUND FOR SALE ITEM. no exchange/ refund for dress with dirt or any other kinds of marks that is caused after postage.
Merchandise must be returned in the "Original Condition", with tags attached, bands, hanger , garment cover which ever is applicable . We will not accept returns for exchange if the item is returned to us with odors, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, tear, stains or any other type of damage.
merchandise must be received by us within 5 days of your receipt. Buyer are responsible for the return postage.
Please return the exchange policy that is included with your shipment and include your full name, address, e mail used when ordering via internet as well as the color, size and style that you would like to exchange it for.
We DO NOT accept exchanges or refund on sales item clearance merchandise, closeout items, headpieces and undergarments (hygienic purposes on latter two)
We do not refund or exchange made to order dresses (specially made for customers) -that is dresses made to fit customer's specific size, color and design
please note that we can't refund postage fee in most circumstance. For merchandise with free shipping, we may deduct the posting fee, then may be liable to a 25% restocking fee.
dressingunique may charge a re-stocking fee of 25%. some exchanges may be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as any additional shipping charges that may be incurred for the shipping of the new item.
If we receive your return and feel a restocking fee is justified, we will contact you via e-mail and/or telephone before taking any action in order to give you the opportunity to request an exchange instead. Whether or not a restocking fee is applied is based on individual circumstances and cannot be predicted before the items are returned.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
we will never accept items that appear to be used and sent back for refund this is so unacceptable. so please for the genuine customers, when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
If you have received a wrong or damaged article from us, you can make a complaint to us . But please contact us previously - quite often small problems or misunderstandings can be solved in advance. we are only human. please note that you may be exempted from the restocking and postage fee
