If your original handset becomes faulty, then we will be happy to offer a 14 day exchange. The average turn around time of an exchange is 72 hours depending if it falls on a weekend. To process an exchange you need to:

Repairs for the accidental water damage and failure to boot after the refresh
Buyer of ZTE Open C handset may choose this Plan by paying to the Seller an additional 9.9 USD when purchasing the ZTE Open C handset.
Then, during the warranty period, provided that the ZTE Open C handset is accidently damaged with liquid or could not boot after the refresh, the handset will be repaired free of charge.

Repair for the accidental broken handset touch screen
During the warranty period, if the touch screen of the ZTE Open C handset is accidentally broken by the Buyer, the broken touch screen may be exchanged by the Seller if the Buyer pays 29USD to the Seller. The payments must be prepaid. The Buyer can post the ZTE Open C handset with broken touch screen to the Seller’s designated address for repair.

NOTE: When the Wi-Fi hotspot feature is enabled, you cannot use your phone’s applications to access the Internet via its Wi-Fi connection. You still remain connected to the Internet via your mobile data network.

For single message, you can edit 160 English characters(70 Chinese characters), when the characters are beyond the limit, the message will be sent by automatically divided into 2 pieces, when the message is over the length of 10 pieces of messages, the message will be automatically send as MMS.

Yes, the mobile phone will automatically switch to GSM or 3G network when WLAN signal is weak. If you worry about the network traffic, you can disable the data business in Settings.
