Returns, changed your mind or exchange:
Please contact us before returning any items, as we will not accept any returns without prior contact with us. You can contact us via eBay messages. We will not refund or exchange an opened item. Items will only be accepted for return or exchange if they are received back in the same condition as they were delivered to you, sealed, unopened with all their accessories and user instructions.
The returned product must be free of damage, scratches or wear in order for it to be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable (we will refund your original payment minus our postage costs). When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Once we receive your item we will precede with refunding your payment. We will refund your payment minus our postal charges (costs incurred for delivering item to you, unless agreed otherwise). If you require replacement we will dispatch it within 48 hours after receiving item back from you unless agreed otherwise. In addition to your statutory rights ‘Keep In Case’ guarantee, that when you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via email of your return. You can expect a refund within 48 hours, after you item has been received and checked by us.
If you haven't received your goods after a week or so it's worth contacting your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are holding it. Although they SHOULD always leave 'Sorry we missed you' card having attempted delivery and nobody was is, in truth they sometimes don't. Please note that Royal mail will hang onto packets for 7 days only - if you leave it too long it may be returned back to us. Faulty or incorrect items: Please contact us via eBay messages or email first to organise an exchange or return.
If the item is damaged by Royal Mail, please let us know straight away before trying to install it, if you still decide to install the screen protector we will not be able to exchange or refund after you have tried to use it. We also require the proof of the damage (i.e. bended envelope and picture of the damaged package etc.).
If item is faulty please let us know straight away, if item is faulty we need to verify this (i.e. see proof) by email. So please make sure that you provide a Close-up photo of defected item, defected area of what exactly is faulty. You can email picture to firstname.lastname@example.org, please make sure that you mention your eBay username in your email. If fault is confirmed you will be required to return item back to us, unless agreed otherwise.
For screen protectors/glass products no refund or exchange will be offered after installation took place, this policy applies purely due to the nature of the product. If you have installed and believe that item is faulty we will need to see close photo of the screen/glass on the device. If you are contacting us without providing above info/picture because you have removed screen protector/glass from your device, no refund or exchange will be offered. All problems need to be reported immediately or within 14 days of receiving an item. We believe that this time allows sufficient time to inspect our product and be assured of its quality.
