UK orders will be sent by 1st class post which Royal mail specifies they "try to deliver most 1st class mail by 2nd or 3rd working day after posting (most within 1 working day)"

If you require a tracking number so that your parcel can be traced, please ensure you select the 'Recorded - Signed For' option of postage (for UK customers) as we CAN NOT be held responsible for parcels going missing in the post!!!

Overseas orders will be sent by Airmail which takes around 3-5 working days for most European destinations (allow longer for Italy) and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world. Additional delays due to Customs at point of entry into your country and delays by your own national/domestic postal service do not form part of this timescale. Standard Air Mail does not offer any tracking facility. Each Air Mail parcel is limited to 2kg so larger orders often have to be sent in several parcels. It is your responsibilty to ensure that customs will allow these items to be admitted to your country.

Due to food hygiene regulations, Returns on edible items can not be accepted.

If your order contains a mixture of items that are ready to be dispatched, and items that are made to order, postage on 'ready to go' items will be delayed until your 'made to order' items are dry so that they can all be posted as one package.

If you have any problems at all with your order or for any reason are unhappy with the service you receive from us, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We are confident that any problems can be resolved, and after all, although rare, mistakes can and do happen.
