Adjustable Head size:

Hair is sewn on an adjustable light-netting cap which will fit most head sizes. All you need to do is to adjust the hooks inside the cap to the correct size to suit your head. No pins or tape required.

Regular size for a Wig is 21 1/2 to 24 inches. Unless otherwise stated, most wigs come in regular size fitting a head ideally from 22 to 23 inches but can be adjusted to go as low as 21 1/2 and stretched slightly to accommodate a head size of as much as 23 1/2 to 24".
