This house was bought by us in 2007 and has had some refubishement.

It is a 3 bedroom house with large bathroom, very good sized fitted oak kitchen, large lounge, and garage.

The downstairs has the same space as upstairs and can be converted into further bedrooms/office/playroom.

We have fitted a new solid oak kitchen, new bathroom, new toilet, there is 3 acres of land mainly lawn and mature trees.

The house is 1hr from bordeaux and 1hr from la Rochelle airports. The nearest beach is st george or royan which are lovely and only 45mins away.

This is a beautful house and in a popular area, the house has substantial room for a swimming pool and gets sun all day.

The house was lived in by us but due to family health issues we had to return to england.
