These terms apply to all orders placed on eBay or our website iero.co.uk. Please read them carefully before placing your order as you automatically accept and agree to be bound by these online shopping Terms and Conditions.
Each item is checked and is in a good condition before shipping.
Professional installation is highly advisable on most of items we sell. We have a “no quibble, no fuss” return policy, however we do not accept parts damaged due to incorrect handling or assembly!
We also can't be held responsible for any damages to your devices or to any parts that you may cause by using our parts, so only purchase our parts if you know how or who can install them.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 3pm on same working day.
Items are normally shipped within 24 hours, via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard. Certain high valued items are sent via 1st Class Recorded or Next Day Special delivery.
For large or heavy parcels we may send them with a courier which normally arrives within 1-3 days.
It takes around 1-3 working days for parcels to arrive within the UK and 5-8 working days for EU. In very rare occasions it may take delivery companies longer than estimated due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather.
We will not be responsible for any financial losses you may incur due to these delays or if items were lost due to incorrect address supplied.
UK Shipping for items over 2KG are not included in our Free P&P offer to Highlands and Islands including Channel Islands. Please contact us for P&P quote.
All payments is accepted in GBP and include VAT on total purchase value. (VAT Number: GB 155 4792 84). Invoices are only sent on request.
We accept the following payment types:
PayPal – For online payments.
Bank Transfer – Transfers into our bank account.
Bank Deposit – Cash deposit into our bank account at any Lloyds Bank Branch
Please contact us for bank details or if you’d like to pay by debit or credit card.
Any item must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or a replacement.
Items valued of up to £50 should be returned via recorded delivery, and for items priced above £50 by Special Delivery, or by a courier insured up to its full value.
If you suspect a fault with your product please call our customer service or send us an email. Initial troubleshooting may prevent any unnecessary returns to us, saving you return delivery cost should the product be found in full working condition.
All goods are tested on return to verify the fault before a refund or a replacement is processed. All goods proven to be non defective will either be returned to you or incur a 10% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for any items posted to us that go missing in transit.
It is your statutory duty to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods in your possession. You are responsible for items until they reach us. You should therefore ensure that they are well packed.
