ORDERS & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch authorised orders within 24 hours of cleared payment
(excludes weekends and bank holidays were goods will be dispatched next
business day). Any dates quoted for delivering the goods and/or completing

We use professional carriers, such as RoyalMail, UPS, DPD, DHL or

RETURNS UNDER 7 Days
You are entitled to cancel your Contract, so long as you provide us with
written notice at anytime within 7 working days starting from the day after you
received the goods. You can send your cancellation notice by email to
firstname.lastname@example.org. Your cancellation notice must quote your name,
address, the name or a description of the goods and your order reference
Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will contact you and provide
details of where you must return the goods and other relevant instructions. Please
note that we will reject any return if it hasn't been approved and has no
returns number (RMA). You must then immediately return the goods to us at your
own cost and risk.
We recommend that goods should be sent by a recorded method of delivery,
as proof of return may be required. Goods should also be insured in case they
go missing or are damaged during return transit. You are responsible for the
security and safety of the goods until they are received and accepted back into
our premises. If you do not use insurance and the goods are damaged or go
missing, you are fully liable for the cost of the goods.
The goods must be returned to us in the same condition in which you
received them, with its original packaging and the original invoice. We will
charge you a restocking fee of up to 20% on goods that are returned to us
opened or used.
REFUND PROCESS FOR RETURNS (UNDER THE “COOLING OFF” PERIOD)
We will examine any returned goods and will notify you about your refund
via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process a refund
as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of the day we confirmed to
you via e-mail that you are entitled to it. Refunds will be made by crediting
the payment card or electronic payment account you used to purchase the goods.
Please note; if you have paid for express delivery in preference to the
standard delivery option this will not be refunded.
All products that come with manufacturer warranties will have it
mentioned in their respective listings. All other products come with 6 months
return to base warranty, from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

We offer a no questions asked refund of the purchase price as long as product is return unused and sealed within 7 days of purchase after 7 days 15% restocking fee applies for item returned without defect and opened, no refund after 14 days (Refund excluding cost of P&P even if advertised as free postage), simply return the item with your ebay details and a note to explain reason for easy of processing and I will refund you as soon as I received it.
I recommend using Recorded / special Delivery when returning the items depending on the value, as i cannot refund items lost in the post
