Condition: Almost new, in good condition. Some scuff marks on the threshold, but these will be hidden when fitted (if the threshold is sunk into the floor).

Configuration: 5 Pane, open out door. A 4 – 1 split configuration. 4 panels go right – 1 left, when viewed from outside.

Colour: Dual colour powder coated aluminium doors; KL 9005 Black matt to the outside, and KL 9010 white gloss inside.

Glazing: 5 x Standard clear toughened glass sealed units - see below for glass specifications.

Hardware: Lever-lever traffic door handles, inside and out, Straight-line intermediate handle inside only, operating an multi-point lock.

Threshold: 63mm standard threshold.

Other Information: Aluminium Profiles, Black gaskets inside and outside. Floating and sliding mullions providing robust stability and easy glide action. They are suitable for domestic and commercial applications. This listing includes a 25mm x 150mm projection cill. The line drawing is viewed from outside. Full and complete set of doors, including the outerframe, track, gaskets, glazing beads, all hardware, locks and handles, rollers etc... Door supplied with double glazed sealed units (unglazed, with glass separate).

Our standard glass is high specification clear, toughened 28mm double glazed unit. Comprising of: 90% argon gas filled (Planitherm total +), Swiss V warm edge spacerbar (1.2 Glass - U Value centre Pane*). If glass is not included within the listing we can supply it as a separate order for around £66 per square metre.
