Roland Cube 80x in very good condition. Cared for very well.
This is has been used mostly home use at very low volumes.
First it's light, it is no trouble to carry, it has a neodymium 12" speaker. Blackstar Series One 45 combos use neodymium speakers.
It can be cranked up very loud indeed (more than you'd think possible for such a small box) but it's also flexible and quiet enough for a small gigs and in my case, home studio use.
The amp features 3 channels
Clean Channel - emulates a Roland JC120, a truly gorgeous sound.
Amp Simulator Channel - Can select any one of these simulations:
Acoustic amp,Fender Twin Reverb, Fender Deluxe Reverb, Vox AC30-TB,Fender Tweed Bassman, Marshall JMP 1987, Peavey EVH 5150, Mesa Boogie Rectifier, and Dyna Amp (very interesting)
Lead Channel - has it's own gain and volume knobs
Solo Channel:- you can save any setting from the lead channel and store it as a lead sound, this channel has it's own volume knob.
EQ: Bass, Middle, Treble and presence
It has a built in NR circuit
Effects: Chorus/Flanger/Phaser/Tremolo (The chorus is very similar to the JC120)
Delay/Looper: You can record into this for 40 secs, great for practising, then you can record another 40 sec on top of that, and another, with no degrading of the original sound.
Inputs: Instrument in, ipod/iphone/mp3 in
Outputs: Recording out, headphones, External speaker, footswitch sockets to control the fx
With photocopy of manual.
In truth it is a really brilliant amp, not just for guitarists, but also keyboard players, I play classical guitar and it's great for that too (via a K&K pure classic pickup).
There are so many really great sounds and features that I bought it and was very surprised how good the sound is, and how versatile it is, it's easy to go from Van Halen to Larry Carlton, from Mark Knopfler to Brian May - perfect for a covers band.
I'm only selling it as I've bought a boutique valve amp.
I also have a Bright Onions Advanced pedal for sale in a separate auction which you can switch between the 3 channels, and each effect on and off, and also the looper on/off/record. See my other items for this. If you buy the footpedal as well I'll refund you the postage cost for the pedal.
It is from a smoke and pet free house.
