• All items are shipped from UK warehouse located at London.

• We ship to worldwide locations except for some limitations.

• All our stocks are maintained at good level so all items would be dispatched within 24 hours
• Royal Mail is one of the best postal services in the world. Postage usually takes 7 business days.. 95% of parcels will be delivered within the reference time. *(excludes Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays or postal work strikes - these do  not count as business days)

• We will ship the product from our UK warehouse for all European countries’ orders.

• Oversea mails will be posted using Airmail Service and they will usually be delivered to European destinations within 7 to 10 working days and some countries will take longer 14 working days.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped. A tracking number from the local courier will be provided to you.

• E-CHECK payments may delay the processing time because we will only send out the goods until it’s cleared by Paypal (approximately it would take 3 business days).
• We do not offer local pick-up services, all purchases are via posts.
• Shipping fee is charged per item. Shipping and packaging fee includes postage, package material, warehouse cost and other distribution cost.

• Shipping cost is listed on the product information page. The shipping rate is based on the rates charged by local couriers.

Insurance

• For high value orders, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss and damages during the shipping process. You can select the insurance option in your check out page. An additional charge of 0.5% of the total item price will apply.

• All items are carefully packaged for export delivery.

• In the event that insurance was purchased and a claim for shipping insurance needs to be filed, please contact Customer Services  to initiate the claim. SurePromise will refund the cost or replace the item upon receiving confirmation from the insurance company  for the compensation.

Warranty:

• Every item is guaranteed for a minimum of One-Year Manufacturer Warranty (not 30 days as offered by many sellers). We are happy to honor a replacement when you receive a defective item from us. If there is a problem, let us know and we will replace your item with NO EXTRA CHARGES! For expensive item, we may ask you to return the item to us - at our cost. Please consult us first to make any arrangements.

Customs clearance, import duties and VAT

• All European countries’ orders will be shipped from UK warehouse, therefore the order will not be subject to import duties.

• The price we listed is VAT included.

• SurePromise will not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.

Unpaid bidders:

• Please complete eBay checkout form after buying or winning an item. All items are to be paid for within 7 days. All non-payers will  a non-paying-bidder alert will be filed plus reported to eBay.

Certifications

• Each country has its own certification requirements. While SurePromise will ensure the quality standards of the products, It is your responsibility to ensure that individual products meet the certification requirements of your country before you purchase the product.

• If you have a specific question about a product, please contact our Customer Services directly.

Wrong item:

• If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days after the day received. We will send a replacement in guarantee good condition to you.
• We may ask you to return the item – at our cost.

Return Policy

• You may return new, unopened items for store credit, less a 20% restocking fee, within 14 business days of items arrival. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact.

• Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or the product cost credited for other store purchases if the buyer reports the problems within 14 business days of item arrival.

• For all returns, the buyer must contact SurePromise’s Customer Services in writing to describe reason for returns and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the items back for exchange or credit.

• The buyer will be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to SurePromise for exchange or credit. Shipping and handling fees will not be credited.

• The buyer will also be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when SurePromise returns the replaced items to the buyer.

• SurePromise will not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable mean to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.

• We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items within 3 to 5 days of receiving them.

All emails will be answered within 18 hours (Monday to Friday). If you do not receive our reply, please kindly check your email spam box and re-sent your email, we will reply you as soon as possible.

·      Notifications will be sent after your order is dispatched, please check you email for date of dispatch.
