We run a large clearing business for electrical goods, these goods are being auctioned on a 'sold as seen' basis. The working condition of this item (s) has not been determined. No other information available, please use the model number (if supplied) for a web search, may or may not have a fault other than description that will need attention before reselling on ebay or markets etc. You can see from our huge number of repeat buyers that we are genuine sellers, but given the amount of stock we buy and sell we have found it uneconomical to check them, our policy is simply to sell it cheap, if your looking for customer service then please go to the high street, we are not for you. All our items are sold as faulty for spares/repair.....WARNING! do not attempt to service or repair electrical items unless you are qualified to do so.
V.A.T. is paid for you,all you need to pay is your winning bid price, unless you are late collecting.
PAYMENTS: be aware if your PAYPAL account is low or your credit card has expired your payment may be sent direct from your bank account via E-cheque, E-cheque payments take around 7-10 days to complete and will delay the transaction. we cannot proceed with the transaction until the payment has cleared into our PAYPAL account.

COLLECTIONS: For those that prefer to collect we provide an onsite collection service, you do not need to contact us to collect. Of course when collecting the postage charge is not due, although there is a £2 administration fee per visit to the warehouse to help offset the cost of the personnal employed to provide this service. With items that are collection only the service charge is waived. PLEASE NOTE, due to a few unscrupulous buyers who instigated a chargeback (on the grounds we had no tracking information as they had collected!) collections are now on a cash only basis.

We only use national* couriers such as CityLink, Fastway, Royal Mail etc to get your goods quickly and safely right to your doorstep. Any item will be shipped within 48 hours or sooner of us receiving cleared payment*. You will always be informed of the date of dispatch via eBay.
COLLECTIONS: An onsite collection service is also available, please read our terms of sale or our FAQ page for details (accessed from the "email the seller" link in the listing).
If you have not received any confirmation of dispatch within 48hours of sending your payment, please send us a message reporting it so we can investigate what has happened to it.
If you receive your dispatch notification and within 24hours have either not recieved or were not available to sign for your item, ensure you contact us via the "email the seller" link immediately so we can provide you with the tracking information to enable you to contact the courier to re-arrange delivery. It is important this is done promptly as after two attempts the courier will redirect the item back to us at extra cost. On some occasions the couriers may not leave a "you were out" note, and as these notes are only a courtesy service they are under no obligation to do so, lack of such a note will not make the courier libel for redelivery, in the event of the item being returned to us the buyer will be responsible for both the return cost and the resending of the item from our Watford base
POSTAGE INSURANCE: When you receive your item please ensure you check the outer packaging for damage before signing, as once the package is signed for insurance renumeration is much harder to achieve.
*Please note if you are off the UK mainland your item will be shipped with Royal Mail, it is also possible an extra charge may be incurred and the item may take an extra 2-4 days to arrive, depending on the delivery address location.
The next day courier service excludes weekends and bank holidays. timed or Saturday deliveries will incur a extra £15 -£20 courier surcharge.
Terms of Sale
All of our items are sold 'as seen' for spares/repair, unless otherwise stated there is no warranty or insurance whatsoever on any of our items.
It is partially because of this reason, and fraudulent ebayers who are unlucky enough to have an item beyond their means to repair and decide to break them instead for an insurance claim, that none of our items are insured during postage, However as you can see by our feedback our parcels are well wrapped and very very few items ever arrive damaged to customers via the courier.
There are no extra charges, V.A.T. is paid for you, all you pay is your bid cost plus postage and any storage charges you may incur if late collecting/paying (see above).
We are a no frills, no nonsense company, and were selling in bulk long before Ebay was around, before PC's existed in fact! and will not be disappearing overnight. A look at my site will show you that around a third of my feedback is from regular buyers, which when compared to other bulk sellers speaks for itself. Only a small amount of our goods are sold via ebay, and if you are looking for somebody to run through minor details then we are not for you, the reason our stuff is sold off so cheaply is because we do not get tied down with retail type customer care.
If you are a private individual you are welcome to bid, but please remember we are a trade organization, and if we sell you an item as untested it is precisely that. Reading my feedback will show you that the vast majority of buyers are happy with our untested items, but if it does not work out for you, either due to your lack of skill in servicing it or because of a major fault with the item, it is no good whinging about it afterward, thats the chance you have to take when buying at such low prices, take it on the chin and move on, if this statement has put you off a little then we are probably not for you, and it has done it's job, but if you have read it and understand where we are coming from and how we work, we will probably do a lot of business with you, and i hope you make a lot of money from finding us, either way thank you for taking the time to read it.
