This kit includes a strong Polyethylene Conical Bottomed Tank - this is ESSENTIAL for the draining of waste glycerol from your process. AVOID all reactors which feature flat bottomed tanks such as green steel drums - it is impossible to drain glycerol or wash water from these and therefore impossible to make quality biodiesel from them.

Unlike other Systems, this kit features a 16-Element Oilybits Static Mixer, which will ensure a completely homogenous 100% mix of the ingredients going through it, leading to a far greater purity of fuel over standard "slosh" or "velocity" mixing. The system also features a branch upstream of the pump, into which an 8mm ID chemical resistant Nylon hose enters via a ball valve, this inlet is for Methoxide. By adjusting the ball valves to the methoxide and to the tank, the concentration of inducted Methoxide can be controlled to ensure that the liquid entering the tank is never flammable, the inducted methoxide is mixed almost immediately with the inducted vegetable oil via the Static Mixer.

The kit also includes a 4 port misting head, for connection to a standard 1/2"ID garden hose, for water washing of raw bio diesel (after settling, cooling, and draining of glycerol has occured)

A 200 Micron, 20" Long Washable Monofiament Filter Bag is also included for when pouring WVO into the reactor, this prevents the ingress of large particle debris

The kit is supplied with an outlet into which a 5 micron, 10" clear bowled filter is attached, from which a length of hose can then be connected to optional post-production purification equipment, such as an Ion Exchange Resin Tower, or Filter, or a simple Dispensing Nozzle (None of which are included with this kit but are optional extras)

Kit is supplied with main stanchon loosely screwed together for visual aid of how it should be assembled, along with a schematic diagram of the parts in order of assembly.

To complete assembly, you will need a selection of tools, including an adjustable spanner, a 63mm hole saw, along with materials and equipment to build a stand for the tank itself. You will also need power supply cable and plugs to wire up and control the heating element and pump.
