If you are unhappy with the product you are entitled to a refund providing that we are informed by email within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned to us safely within 7 days in the same condition as it was delivered to you i.e. in the original packaging, new, unused, unmarked etc. The costs of returning any goods must be covered by the buyer. Therefore refund will be issued minus the cost of sending / returning the goods, and a 20% restocking charge will be applied to the items returned . Any items showing signs of damage, wear & tear or mishandling will not be accepted by us, we reserve the right to not issue a refund. No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer. DAMAGES: Please check all component parts for damages before the courier leaves. Damages must be noted on the couriers slip before he/she leaves. All damages must be reported to us via email strictly within 24 hours of delivery. Please send photographic evidence of all damages. Please note that if your item arrives faulty or damaged we will either offer a refund, repair or replace the item and we reserve the right to offer these solutions at our discretion. COLOURS & SHADES: It is virtually impossible to 100% accurately portray colours of wooden, fabric and leather furniture in pictures. Factors such as your monitor settings or a particular lighting used when taking marketing photographs can affect shading. Colours may vary slightly from batch to batch, therefore we cannot accept colour or shade differences as faults.
