This is a DRAPER WTL100 Revolving Head 5 speed wood lathe in good but used condition. It's an excellent lathe being very sturdy and quiet however I hardly use it now and it's taking up valuable space.
It comes with the items it had when new, i.e. Drive spur, 6" & 12" tool rests, live centre for tailstock, spanner, no-volt starter, printed instruction manual. Since new I have made a few minor improvements such as the tool rest clamp is now adjustable with one hand instead of 2 previously, the tool rest holder has 2 clamping screws rather than 1
You can see from the photographs that the headstock can be rotated into 3 working positions, this gives the option for 'over the side' or 'over the end' turning of large bowls etc. without the usual 400mm maximum throw restriction.
