The stock shown on eBay is live from our warehouse and we will fulfil your order quickly and efficiently. However, from time to time a situation may arise where a stocked item has been sold via another channel before our automated stock update has updated eBay. We will always advise of any delays at the time of placing your order and offer alternatives where applicable.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.

UK Deliveries:
Whilst offering excellent prices on all our products we try to keep costs to a minimum by sending lighter, lower value orders by standard class post. We have been advised by Royal Mail that this normally arrives within a few days, however in some cases this can take up to 14 days. If your goods haven't arrived within this time period then please contact us. Please be aware that within the 14 days we have no means of chasing Royal Mail as it is a non traceable service. For orders with a value of over £40 we send parcels using an economy, signed for service which typically takes 3-4 days though we also have faster services available on most of our listings at a small additional cost.

Overseas Deliveries:
We export to over 102 countries worldwide. If your country is not listed please contact us, we are happy to quote the most competitive carriage rates for your consignment.

• Delivery times quoted are as accurate as possible; however time can vary due to customs clearance etc..
• Includes insurance to a maximum of £500 per parcel.

Used for smaller Parcels sent outside of the UK. This excludes any liquids and Aerosols:

If you are unsure of your total shipping cost because of parcel size or you are ordering multiple items and want the postage combined, then before you pay, please request an Invoice through PayPal. We will then include the cheapest cost effective shipping for you. At that point you can either continue and pay or make other arrangements.
