are REFURBISHED OR GRADED and may show signs of minor or no scratches, marks, scuffs, dust...etc. 

For items sold as tested: 

If your item arrives damaged or non working within seven (7) days, I always give a full refund including the postage and packing, or where possible a replacement item.

If once delivered, or no more than seven (7) days, you find that you have made a mistake in ordering or simply changed your mind, I am happy to refund you for the item as long as it has not been used. 

Please note that I will not refund the original postage and packing costs or that which you have incurred returning the item to me.
