Your Book's Condition

GOOD CONDITION: For books listed in 'Good Condition' you can expect a good reading copy without notes or highlighting. It may have limited wear, and occasionally the previous owner's name may be in the front, but the book is otherwise in good condition.

ACCEPTABLE CONDITION: For books listed in 'Acceptable Condition' you can expect a readable copy showing more obvious signs of wear, which may occasionally contain notes or highlighting.

WE REGRET WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS ON EACH BOOK OR ITS CONDITION. We suggest using the ISBN number to search for relevant information on the book.

Shipping

FREE UK SHIPPING. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE UK WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY, packaged in protective bubble-wrapped envelopes. UK orders are posted via Royal Mail second class and are usually delivered within 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is also available for this book. Please select the country you require in the 'Postage and Payments' tab above for international rates. International orders are posted with Royal Mail Priority Airmail. Royal Mail aims to deliver to Western Europe within 3-5 working days and to the US within 5-7 working days.

Please allow 7 days for delivery within the UK, 14 days for delivery to Europe, and 21 days for delivery to the US and the rest of the world before contacting us via email regarding any undelivered items. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Please note we are unable to provide tracking of shipped items.

Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a postage and handling charge.

COMBINED SHIPPING: Please note we are unable to provide any combined shipping discounts, as we require immediate payment for all items.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please always first contact us via email so that we can respond regarding any problems with your order before leaving negative feedback.

We will refund for defects, damages, or material differences with your item that were not as described in the listing (please note the condition descriptions above). These must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

If you have made an error with your order we will refund you upon receipt of the returned item, subject to a postage and handling charge. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Please see 'Shipping' above regarding delivery times and undelivered items.
