We are offering for sale a fabulous George III period 12" salver with a simple thread edge. The restrained decoration is repeated around each of the three feet. The centre of this tray is engraved with a Coat-of-Arms and motto "Quod Adest Gratum Juvat" (translates "If what I at present have pleases and makes me grateful"). 

This salver would be ideal as a large waiter tray or could hold a three piece tea or coffee set. It was made by the premier specialist tray makers of the period - Crouch & Hannam and is in fabulous original condition.
