Why do people use this supplement?

 

To try to obtain omega 3 oil (GLA) and the active ingredients EPA/DHA from a vegetable source to help protect the health of their heart and circulation.  They may also be trying to reduce cholesterol and blood pressure.  Others may have heard that these oils appear beneficial for joint pain from Rheumatoid arthritis conditions.

Usage

 

1-2.5 grams daily with food.

 

We have chosen to stock this product rather than Flaxseed or evening primrose because it has the highest concentration of GLA.  However everybody differs in their ability to process GLA into EPA/DHA, which is the substance that has the benefit, so whilst we suggest at least 2 x 500mg capsules everyday, we also suggest you investigate using Spirulina. Our product will last around 1-3 months depending on actual use.
