The fireplace New York 1 has an exclusive modern design and has been made completely from stainless steel. Included is 1 burner with a saving plate from stainless steel as well. A saving plate reduces the consumption of the fuel about 40%. This wall fireplace has a very modern and elegant design, you will love it! The model is not only optically an eye-catcher it also heats a room up to about 15 m². All our fireplaces are handmade and have an excellent quality! We manufacture our own fireplaces and make use of high quality materials. This fireplace will be delivered fully assembled. Simply choose a place in your house and fix it to the wall. As well as bio ethanol and gel can also be used as fuel.

About fireplaces with firegel or bio ethanol. A fireplace that utilises “fire gel” or bio ethanol is currently very popular. It has a luxurious design, no smoke and therefore no ventilation or chimney necessary. Furthermore it is easy and safe to handle with low maintenance. Best performance of heat and consumption can be reached by making use of fuel consisting of 96% bio ethanol. Depending on the circulation of the air in the room, 0,5L of bio ethanol has a burning time of about 4 hours. Burning 1L of ethanol has an output of 6KW. This means when a fireplace has 3 burners of 0,5L it will burn for 4 hours on 1,5L (=3*0,5L). The output will be: 9KW (=1,5*6KW) / 4 hours = 2,25 Kw/h When a fireplace has 4 burners of 0,25L, the burning time will be 2 hours and an output of 3KW/h.

About the production The fireplaces are handmade in our own workshop. Only the best and high quality materials are being used with care and precision.

About Powder coating
The paint is attached to the metal of the fireplace at 800 degrees. The paint will last longer and the colors are therefore clearer and shiny. Advantages of a powder coating

Return Policy
Details of the return policy procedures below:
All products come with a 1 year guarantee. In the case of a fault, we will offer to repair, replace or refund the cost of an item.
Unfortunately there may be occasions when you will need to return an item to us.
- Item is Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days by e-mail
Please include a picture of the damage as well. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly.
- Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 4 weeks in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your return carriage costs.
- Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 4 weeks since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Please contact us for further details to return the item.
- If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us.
Once the item is received we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed and adequately packaged.
