Who are you? 

We are Bathbomb.biz Ltd a UK registered company.  We've been trading for almost 6 years in cosmetic & toiletry ingredients, providing recipes & kits to make your own bath & body products.  We hold stocks at our own warehouse and now have many hundreds of product lines including pre certified kits & cosmetic safety assessment packages.  Our Bath & Body crafting kits are supplied to individuals, schools, colleges, Brownie Guides, Scouts and other special interest groups.  Our premium grade ingredients are enjoyed by home crafters and businesses alike. We're happy to provide free sensible and reliable advice on any aspect of Bath & Body crafting be it for business, education or pleasure. We are vat registered.

Why are some of your prices so low?

We buy in very large quantities and can secure some very good pricing along with occasional special offers meaning that we can offer you a great deal.  Quality and consistency are of primary importance to us and that is reflected in the number of repeat customers we have who come back time and again for our premium grade ingredients.  We NEVER compromise on this.(In other words we will beat a supplier down on price but never ask him to reduce the quality to achieve this!)

Do you combine postage?

Most of our listings are UK p&p free but we will always combine your purchases if you've bought from more than one listing.  Please request a combined invoice through the Ebay request total system before you make payment.  Discounts on postage cannot be given for items already paid for or for free postage purchases.

You don't have an item on Ebay but I have seen it on your website - can I purchase through Ebay?

How quickly will my order arrive?

We aim to pick pack and dispatch your order in 1-2 working days.  Some items are bottled or bagged to order and at busy times these orders will take longer to fill.  Once dispatched, either through Royal Mail or via our courier your items should arrive within 24-72 hours.  No mail is sent on a Saturday or Sunday so please allow extra time for weekends when considering if your item should have arrived.  It is reasonable to allow up to a week then to get your items including weekends.  If you have a deadline then it is recommended that you contact us before or immediately after ordering to avoid any disappointment. Courier deliveries always have tracking and an email will be sent upon dispatch with full information regarding your parcel.  Do remember that these deliveries will require a signature and our couriers are not insured to leave parcels without a signature.  A card will be left if you are not in.
