RETURNS POLICY We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 10 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. Customers will be entitled to return products where; (a) we receive the returned product within 10 days following the date of purchase of the product. Returns after 10 days will be subject to a restocking fee. (b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new; if this is the case a full refund less postage costs will be given. (c) the item is returned at the sellers own cost. (d) any items that are delivered damaged are returned to us before a replacement set will be sent out. (e) items that are incorrectly purchased or are not correct to the specification of the vehicle are returned with a covering letter before the correct parts are sent out. Intended use CRN performance brake discs are intended for highway use only. Using CRN discs on the track may void any warranty. Bedding in process Bedding allows your brakes to reach their full potential. Until they are bedded, your brakes simply do not work as well as they can. If you've changed your pads and discs, or even if you've purchased a brand new car, you should set aside some time to bed the brakes. Proper bedding can improve pedal feel, reduce or eliminate brake squeal, prevent (and often cure) brake judder, and extend the life of your pads and rotors. It is recommended that the car is driven steadily for around 300-400 miles, only braking heavily in the case of emergency. If the discs have been zinc coated, the zinc (on the contact surface) should be totally removed for the discs and pad to be bedded in. By not following the correct process any warranty will be void.
