We operate a family run business that specialises in Mobile Phone & Digital Accessories. Everything that we source and ship is already in stock and is sent directly by our dispatch team which operates out of our unit, in Stoke on Trent. Please be assured that we value our reputation on eBay and so your positive feedback is important to us, I would therefore ask that you use your feedback both wisely and appropriately.

If on any occasion we get it wrong, your shipment is delayed or you sense a problem, then please allow myself or a member of our team to correct the problem by speaking/emailing us first.

We would ask however that all questions are directed through eBay to ensure that you have a timely response which will usually be the same day, if not within 24 hours. Please ensure you email only once - multiple emails slow us responding to you and others.

Here are the simple steps to requesting a refund:

1) All returns must be authorised prior to return, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messaging System. Please do not rely on external mail.

2) Once authorised return the merchandise within a 30 day time frame from our purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.

3) Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number.

4) Please ensure that the package has a tracking number, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the return of all purchases. A full refund will be offered to all returned goods, excluding the original postage costs unless the item is faulty. (PLEASE NOTE: This does not include issues relating to USB connection problems).

Simply return the purchased item within 30 days for a full refund. We are confident that you will not wish to return our item as every care has been taken to ensure the item arrives exactly in line with our own high expectations. However, for peace of mind we have a 30 day money back facility.

How & When Will I Receive My Product?

All items will be posted within 24 hours of purchase except at Weekends, these will be posted in Monday's collection. It takes 1 to 5 working days to receive the purchased item. Please exclude weekends and holidays on all shipping.

All of our merchandise is stocked at our warehouse therefore there are no delays in posting! Once the order has been sent we will e-mail you to confirm postage. Please make sure that the e-mail address you have registered with eBay is valid as we may not be able to respond.

If you do not receive a confirmation of shipment please let us know. Postage & Packaging costs can be found at the bottom of this page.

How Can I Pay?

We accept: PayPal, Postal Orders, Cheques and Banker's Drafts. PayPal is our preferred method of payment, since it ensures quick delivery of the merchandise. However, please note that we will post to the address provided with your PayPal payment. Personal Cheques will have to be cleared in our bank account before your item can be posted. Please allow 5 working days for clearance.
