Ok if you like Geri talking in the background. Not a bad DVD, but i would have liked a more structured routine. It has a warm up section and then some yoga positions.

Geri Yoga - OK as you can turn Geri off
A good DVD and an excellent introduction to yoga, but unless you really like Geri, you are better off muting the banter. Also, when looking at the cover, remember this was the period in her life when she was bulimic and so you can't say her slim physique was down to the yoga. Katy Appleton the teacher is great through.

Geri Yoga DVD
Brilliant and surprising workout. It looks like an easy workout but it sure does make you work, and you can definately feel it the next day or day after. Never under estimate Yoga. It also is very relaxing and calming.

Too much waiting around
I was hoping to find a yoga DVD that gave me the same experience as going to a yoga class, but with the convenience of being able to do it at home at a time that suited me. Geri's yoga DVD was not this. There was in fact a severe lack of activity, and an excess of talking. A lot more exercises could have been fitted in if there'd been a techniques section from the menu for example, rather than having to stop and wait while she explained herself in between exercises. In addition a lot of time is wasted having to wait for the beginner’s exercises to be explained first. You also get Geri butting in with rather dippy and unhelpful comments throughout, which are just a bit cringful. There are some good exercises here, but no continuity or flow.
