really fun little pedal i was able to immediately dial in Paul Kossoff and Jimmy Page similarish type tones, so thats; a start lol. dont hope on playing Slayer with this though or any metal, this is a Blues/Rock pedal , its i tight sturdy little unit, the thing though if you use batteries you run the risk (as i found out) of changing any of the 4 clips housed in side that offer different tones etc but can get changes cause of coming in contact with the battery as its such a tight fit, i wont use a battery now period, save the life on it etc. fun little pedal, i was hoping a little cleaner when volume knob rolled back on the guitar but im not sure how great my pots are etci compared it to my 73 Rams head big muff Pi, while the muff had more chartacter ,the SL Drive had more sustain, which is especially what i bought it for lead work . , it is though an OD, but is way more fun then my Boss Blues Driver BD-2 etc. WEEK 2, not having a good day with the unit, seems noisy, not sure if its my cord fer sure but its not noisy when my amps distortion is on, and cant get that real clean sound i wanted by rolling back the guitar volume knob etc and sometimes hear the fizzle when its maxed out, it is definately an overdriven amp sound though but im taking a break from messing with it cause its frustrating me, maybe it smokes through a nice clean tube amp...A while later, played to Zep 2 , stuff like Moby Dick etc, TONE BANG ON, i just have the gain on about 1 oclock as opposed to full max as before , noise cleared up , it sounds like a friggin marshall lol...Read full review

Nice crunch. Responsive controls... can get loud quick. Get the flavor of a classic Marshall amp w his pedal. Tweaking setting on Amp as well will let you dial in a settingsound all your own. Internal dip switched expand the tone possibilities. Great really deal at used pricing !

Great fuzz pedal. Pushes the guitar and makes the notes come out much more easily. Endless sustain at low volume; like my Zendrive. Easy to set up and get great tone. Buy it!

“Plexi” type pedal. Sounds good. In mini format

Very close to a big Marshall sound in a very small pedal with some extra control (internal dip switches). There's probably better (larger) pedals out there but you'll pay over twice as much. I use for my desktop practice rig and a backup for my (very) old live rig. Great value and recommended! Thanks for reading.
