IPhone ? doesn' t cut the mustard any more. Chinese dual SIM Android better

No, I wouldn't recommend this product.

On balance a reasonable phone. However, the wifi range is pretty deplorable in comparison to most Android devices. The features in comparison to the 3GS do not seem to be worth the money. The touch screen is excellent, though for texting it's a bit small. Battery life is good which is just as well as it is a pig to change. Connectivity to networks is quite good, but depending upon your location and network operator depends upon how easily you can get on a network. The phone does not have the ability to operate dual SIM cards for different networks, which I consider is now essential in UK due to the lamentably poor coverage of all networks. For something like £50 you can buy a good smart unlocked Android phone, go on to a SIM only contract and have dual SIM capability. The iPhone 4 is far too slippery for its own good, not worth the immense cost in comparison to Chinese Android devices, has very poor wifi. My iPhone 4 has failed twice in 2 months so I am now off to Android dual SIM.
Sorry Apple.- I quite like the phone at about 30% of the price, but it is not ahead of the market any more. Dual SIM dual Network is essential. The ability to block any number, or number withhrld call is essential also - you are just not up to speed, and your name alone doesn't cut the mustard any more. Incidentally, my works phone is iPhone 6 and that is no better.

very poor battery life

No, I wouldn't recommend this product.

I bought this phone just for testing my iOS application. It's really a crap phone: small screen, poor battery life. For the same price you can get much better Android phones.

Android v iPhone? No contest, iPhone fails miserably to match up to Android

No, I wouldn't recommend this product.

Finally succumbed and bought this having had a HTC desire. WHAT a disappointment. HTC was far more user frinedly with excellent texting functions and overall much more user friendly. It just does a lot more. Iphone text function is very limited. Switching between keyboards is just a great big pain and predictive text is crap. May as well not bother predicting anything as it only picks up the word about 1 character before youve finished typing anyway. Siri, if you are using it in the UK is pointless as it just keeps telling you as its not a US business or in US english it cant answer. Apple should mention this in their advertising surely?
Fed up touching screen to have nothing useful, or even anything at all happen! Whats the point in a touch screen if you still have to fiddle round with buttons and move between screens when with an android phone it can all be done far more efficiently. and WHY doesnt the iphone have a button that also acts as a mouse making text correcting extremely easy? No matter how you touch the iphone screen it only ever lands approximately where you want it and as you cant scroll to the character you want you have to keep tapping the screen til you finally get lucky and land on it or more likely just end up deleting the correct stuff until you get to the error then have to retype it all anyway! I could go on forever. I utterly hate this phone and it's complete failure as a user friendly phone. On the plus side as you would expect the sound and phone quality is second to none and it does look beautiful - although screen is too small. Sadly I am tied into a 2 year contract with this phone. I am counting down the days to owning an android phone already. Oh dear.

A rehash of old technology proving that Apple is once again behind the curv

No, I wouldn't recommend this product.

Just another iPhone rehashing 5 year old technology. It was bad enough Apple copying Skype with "Face Time". But little annoyances aside I had better review it.

It is not a BAD device, it's alright. It's just not as good as pretty much everything else out there,You are paying a premium for the name and that is it. Dress it up how you want to but that is all it comes down to.

All in all I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this. The HTC Sensation is 50 times the phone for half the price, or even the Galaxy S. Don't be swayed by the marketing.

For those saying the iPhone is higher quality/better than the Galaxy, they are made in the same factory with the same components which are made by Samsung. Hope that helps.

The iPhone itself very good.
I am not happy about seller.
Description He give was not true.
I had to change ear speaker, sound speaker.
Screen and phone was in awful state.
I don't want to argue with the seller.
Never buy second hand goods.
I would price this phone 90.00£

Good phone, WiFi not working

No, I wouldn't recommend this product.

The phone is easy to use and is a good phone. Recently I had a problem with the WiFi being grayed out and its never worked since its a good job I have a 3 month warranty on it so I can take it to an Apple Store to get it fixed.

Research other phones first, and compare them! There is better out there.

No, I wouldn't recommend this product.

It still doesn't beat the Samsung Galaxy S2.
Basically the same as the iPhone 4 except they've made the camera 8mp and put in some HD recording...

If you compare specifications between iPhone 4s and Samsung Galaxy S2.. You'll be buying the samsung in a snap.

Research before you buy, don't waste your money just for the Apple logo.

good phone but battery was terrible.

No, I wouldn't recommend this product.

Overall the phone was brilliant, however the battery was the opposite, when left at 20-30% worth of charge the phone would shut down and ask to be plugged into power source. rather disappointed but will have to make do.

Too expensive

No, I wouldn't recommend this product.

Good phone, but really, does it have to be so expensive for apple to make a profit? Otherwise it's a cool phone to have.
