Does not work for me

Good smelling but don't last long
It smells good but don't only for 4 hours. I found them cheaper in boots and is a shame I brought x2 packs of 3 200ml

Didn't see any difference after taking 20 capsules.
So a doctor recommended shilajit for me. I tried to search for the best shilajit in capsules. I come to know Patanjali was a popular shilajit. So I ordered it but after consuming 20 caps I don't see any benifits. It does smell and its a hard material inside the capsule. I don't even know if its real shilajit or not. So its a shame it didn't work for me. But cheap for the price.
