Had to ask eBay to resolve this purchase, seller didn't specify that the item was collection only, and after placing a C&C order, they were unable to refund, and instead sent a cheque to the collection point, without a collection code, I eventually got this after Royal mail opened the package and wrote the collection code on the envelope, as it was returned by the collection point. Disappointing, I don't believe there was any intent to mislead, but communication was poor, and a lack of knowledge
