Never got the .99p mug but eventually i did get a message to say they had been on holiday and would send it asap. Still never got the mug and after another week i went through ebay to get my refund. After receiving my refund i then get a sarcastic message saying "you got a refund didn't you!" Not the best customer service i have encountered on ebay by far!
