Murderdolls - Beyond The Valley Of The (Limited Edition) [PA] (2003)
this is an excellent album.such a shame it was a one off collaboration. it put the fun back into heavy metal! whatever genre your into you can't but help love this collection of catchy, funny rocking tunes.if you do like it, check out Wednesday 13's albums too(he's the murderdolls singer).p.s. it's worth getting the version of this album with the 5 bonus tracks as they include a great cover of 'white wedding' and the song that's become a murderdolls anthem &a...

Garbage - Bleed Like Me (Parental Advisory, 2005)
i've been a garbage fan since day one and this album is brill.each album has been top notch and diverse but this see's them coming full circle back to the grittier sound of their debut 'garbage'.there's still some thumping almost dance style tracks(the great 'metal heart')but overall it's a more guitar driven affair. you won't be disappointed!!!! buy it!!!!

it's a close toss up between this and 'golden age of groteque' for my favourite marilyn manson album.'mechanical animals' see's marlyn becoming a bit more spacey n groovy, think 'holywood' mixed with a bit of david bowie n you've sort of got an idea.it still has his trade mark scathing and anger and that heavy guitar sound, but the songs are catchier n more diverse. you won't be disappointed.
