Gardman Wild Bird Seed Mix - 12.75kg
01 Jan, 2017
Would not buy again
I had bought bags of this ready for the winter, opened the first one this morning to find the vast majority of seed is BARLEY. I was amazed it was sold suitable for small birds. I have just had to order a different manufactured bird seed which WILL be suitable for small birds. This will suit pigeons and doves or any other large birds you wish to attract.
24 X Baby Ruth Bars BULK - American Import

A great boost
I've bought and eaten these for quite a few years. They are great for a boost of energy when working in the garden. They are like the old Nux bar, not sure who made it, from years ago. Chewy centre, bit like Mars, covered with some nuts and chocolate.
Billy Boy: The Story of a Lancashire Weaver's Son, William Woodruff, Good Condit

A boy born on a cotton bale in a Lancashire mill who ends being a Professor at university in the USA
A description of life when orphaned children were literally 'carted' off to work for their keep in the cotton mills. It has it's light hearted moments but the author writes it how it was for him as a child. It seems like several worlds away from how we live now.
