    Destination blinds

Destination blinds are becoming rarer these days - most operators use LED displays that are eay to update when routes change and don't tear like blinds do...  Only London remains as a city where blinds...

Dire Straits - Communiqué (1996)
This was the band's 2nd album with the music still sounding fresh today. Hated their jolly bouncy pop music sound when they became a supergroup? No chance of any annoying Money For Nothing here - every track is superb, from the lively One Upon A Time In The West to the slow and sultry Follow Me Home. Closer to their debut album than Making Movies which followed.

When the Move split he went onto form ELO adn Wizzard. Sadly, his involvement with ELO was limited due to creative disagreements with the other diety, Jeff Lynne. Wizzard were a pop band initially and their chart success was immediate. The second and third singles topped the UK chart (See My Baby Jive and Angel Fingers) and the...

Roger Waters - In The Flesh - Live (DVD, 2002)
For me, Roger was always the driving force behind Pink Floyd. I felt that the band's output drifted slightly when he left. The Final Cut, which was effectively a Waters solo album contained many superb tracks that would match anything The Wall had to offer but the other band members felt the quality of the music wasn't up to it. Wrong! Roger's further solo offerings also get showcased on this album along with a good deal of Floyd back-catalogue. The DVD is 3 hours long and whil...
