A pair of decorative nursery plates designed by N.Sand for Poole Pottery during the 1970's. A lovely pair of plates for a traditional child's bedroom/nursery or play room. Each features a sweet scene featuring Victorian children enjoying the countryside.
A limited edition (#3570) stoneware collectors plate featuring a seal made for the World Wildlife Fund by Poole Pottery modelled by Barbara Linley Adams. It approx. I try to describe everything thoroughly and as honestly as possible.
On offer is a vintage Wall plaque featuring Spring, the number one of a series of four from The four Seasons collection, designed by Barbara Linley Adams made in stoneware by Poole Pottery Dorset England. The plaque has a pronounced rim with a raised decoration of three birds. The series was first introduced by Poole Pottery in 1978, they were designed by Barbara Linley-Adams whose initials’ are on the front. On the back is a wall hanger. The plaque is 23cm top to bottom by 20.5cm wide the raised rim is 1.5cm deep and is in fair condition free from cracks but does have a chip to the back which does not show from the front. On the underside are the impressed Poole mark, the printed Poole dolphin mark, The Spring Number 1 of a series by Barbara Linley Adams marks. The unpackaged weight is 552 grams.
