Brooks Saddles B67 S is the modern version of the B66 model, first featured in the 1927 catalogue. The black leather saddle features tubular steel rivets, and weighs 820 grams. CLASSICALLY SPRUNG SADDLE-The B67 features a classically sprung saddle with a wider rear portion.
It has been on the market for over 100 years, being featured in as early as 1898. The model is available for gents and ladies: the Brooks B17 (gents) and Brooks B17 S (ladies). The Standard models feature black steel rails.
The Flyer and its ladies model Flyer S are classically sprung saddles for long distance trekking and touring. It is directly descending from the B66 Champion, first featured in the 1927 catalogue. DOUBLE REAR SPRING- the Flyer features two rear springs for an extra layer of comfort during your ride.
These washers are held together by 3 spokes, enabling the grip to be adjusted to the desired length. The standard length of each grip is 130 mm, but each grip can be shortened to the desired length independently.
Vintage French racer. Galion brand. Possibly south of France but can?t find anything online. ISHIWATA 022 Frame - google search found it to be Rare Japanese comparable to Reynolds... Shimano 600 throughout (gears, brakes etc) Brooks saddle, grip tape and shoe straps. Recently serviced. New tires and brake blocks. Runs well. Few scratches / scuffs in frame as you would expect from bike of this age.
