    On offer is a charming milk jug and sugar bowl with a lid, or it could be used as a preserve pot, decorated with the Coral Pattern, made in ironstone by Hornsea Pottery Yorkshire England. The pattern is a series of small tight circles in brown set on a fawn ground. The sugar bowl is 8.5cm in diameter by 7cm deep excluding the lid, the milk jug is 7.5cm deep by 6.2cm in diameter and they are in good condition free from chips or cracks. On their undersides are the Hornsea Coral marks and the unpackaged weight is 488 grams.

    On offer is a delightful cup and saucer decorated with the contrast pattern made by Hornsea Pottery, Yorkshire, England in the mid 1970s. Lord David Queensberry and Martin Hunt designed contrast, in 1974; they produced a very successful range, which was only discontinued by Hornsea in 1992. The finish is a satin chocolate brown glaze and at the bottom is a gloss brown stripe with a contrasting white gloss line above, with a white interior. The cup is 8.5cm in diameter by 6.5cm deep the saucer is 15cm across and they are in good condition free from damage chips or cracks. On their bases are the Hornsea Pottery marks and the unpackaged weight is 466 grams. Please excuse any white marks on the pictures they are reflections from the cameras flash.
