Nokia 8910 Mobile Phones
Nokia was the leader in mobile phone production. The phones produced by Nokia offered durability, reliability and simple functionality. These classic phone designs were overshadowed by the sudden emergence of smartphones from Apple and HTC, but these phones still have a lot to offer.
Nokia 8910 mobile phones are long lasting and offer the basic functions needed from a mobile phone - calling and SMS texting. Using a Nokia mobile phone gives you peace of mind as you don't have to worry about breaking them by dropping them. These phone's software is also never updated, meaning that your handset can always handle the operating system with no issues.
Nokia 8910's Titanium housing
The Nokia mobile phone housing on the Nokia 8910i mobile phone is made with black titanium covers, and a smooth slide open and close action. The benefit of using titanium is that this metal is as strong as steel but as light as aluminium. Though expensive, it is an excellent metal to use as the base of a mobile phone.
Since it was launched way back in 2002, the Nokia 8910 does not feature all the technology found in today's smartphones. This is a mobile phone designed mostly for making calls and text messages.
The Nokia 8910i does, however, offer WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) over GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) and the ability to sync your contacts, calendar and to-do list with a PC using Bluetooth. The Nokia 8910i has enough storage space for 500 phonebook locations, with personalised alert tones.
The LCD display has 4096 colours and appears dim, which benefits your eyes as dim light causes less strain. As stated above, this is a phone for making phone calls. There are no options to send or receive emails, no diary or organiser.
Nokia 8910 batteries
As was usual in phones from the era this phone was produced in, Nokia 8910 batteries are removable. The phone requires one 750mAH lithium ion battery, which provides up to 240 minutes of talk time and 300 hours of standby time.
